[ Action, Voice ]The more things change... [.003]

[More snow. It seems like this is a very long season of winter indeed. Gracia doesn't mind watching the snowflakes fall with her hands wrapped around a cup of tea, but eventually it's time to bundle up and head out there to shovel. Anyone want to help the lady out?

After shoveling is accomplished, there will of course be hot cocoa. And the cookies whipped up will be ready to go in the oven. Those who help may get bribed with them after.

And she really wants to make her way over to the Elrics', but... snow. Not exactly the best day for hospitality, giving or receiving or meeting, so she'll just put that aside for another day and do something she does extremely rarely: address the journal.]

Winter is such a good season for baking. Would anyone be interested in a recipe exchange?

[Don't worry, mama, your daughter is determined to help you out with all this snow! She gets herself a shovel that's way too big for her and works her little butt off, sloooowly scooping up snow and tuuuurning the shovel 'round to drop her pile off. It's already a growing mound that's out of the walkway.

THE LITTLE ELICIA THAT COULD, THEY CALL ME.]

[Bah, humbug!]

But if I use the bigger shovel, I'll get stronger faster! 'Cause it'll make me have better muscles!

... You mean it?

[She looks down at her burden. Well. It is kinda too big, isn't it?

But mom has a good point here, kid.]

If I can use it better, I guess I should...!

Oh, right! 'Cause papa is really strong!

[She drops the big shovel on the porch, clapping her hands together before waddling through the snow to get back in the house. Little shovel, I'm coming for you, baby!!]
